You must meet certain criteria. Items transmitted to SDCCU through the Service must be legible and drawn from a United States financial institution in U.S. currency and payable to you or your joint account holder(s).
- Additionally, these items must be fully imaged using an ANSI-approved digital camera. In certain instances, SDCCU may reject an item if it does not meet these requirements or if the image fails to transmit fully.
- Furthermore, you must adhere to the provisions of Regulation CC and the availability policy outlined in your SDCCU account agreement entitled “Account Disclosures & Agreement” when using the Service.
- If not met, SDCCU reserves the right to reject your items and re-present them to you either on paper form or issue a replacement check for the amount due for returned items at its discretion.
